Granada was the last Kingdom in Al-Andalus, it had from Sevilla up to Almeria, that is almost the whole territory of Andalusia. Besides the capital of this great Kingdom, it was one of the most important cities in Europe, with an exemplary political and economic organization.

It is not possible to mention Granada without The Alhambra, undoubtedly the heart of the city, fortress of the IX-XII Century that contains big palaces and gardens, home of the caliphs of Al-Andalus.

After the capture of the city in 1492, Isabel The Catholic made other valuable buildings as the Palace of Carlos V, The cathedral and The Cartuja.
